† Production includes up to 2 hours of Professional Design time. Additional time will be billed at cost ($35/hour). Creative Space Advertising will take Digital Photos upon request at no additional charge. Production also includes a full color, foam backed billboard produced by Charleston Blueprints and will be property of advertiser at the end of the advertising term. Graphics portion of production ($75), only applies once, when multiple, identical billboards are purchased.
